Doing routine cell culture to maintain different cell lines, primary cells, etc. Conducting transfection, transduction and nucleofection to introduce genes of interest into cell lines. Doing basic imaging and flow cytometry to analyze expression. Creating Cell line stocks and maintaining a record. Creating and maintaining a meticulous record of plasmid/bacterial stocks. Plasmid isolation, bacterial culture and maintenance. Conduct cloning of genes of interest, regulatory elements, and vector components using various methods and requirements for quality control and accuracy. Maintain detailed and organized records of experimental conditions, vector analysis, bacterial stocks, project data, and results. Contribute to the analysis of technical data and adaptation and improvement of routine methods. Operate, maintain, and clean equipment, maintain/order supplies, and manage waste. Maintain timely and detailed entries into an electronic notebook and database. Assist in refinement and development of company SOPs.
