Position: MIS, Process Excellence & Automation Associate Location: Noida, Uttar Pradesh (Office-based) Company: Enerjazz – YC-backed lithium-ion battery startup for e-rickshaws Role Overview Drive data accuracy, process efficiency, and automation in our fast-growing EV battery financing and operations startup. Build and maintain MIS dashboards, streamline workflows, and implement simple AI-based agentic automations to reduce manual work, improve speed, and support scaling. Key Responsibilities Create and update daily/weekly/monthly MIS reports and dashboards (collections, sales, operations, customer metrics) using Google Sheets, Excel, and tools like Google Data Studio/Looker Studio. Maintain and clean databases (customer, payments, battery/charger records) for accuracy and quick access. Identify repetitive tasks and bottlenecks in customer support, collections, finance, and field operations. Design and implement basic agentic AI workflows (using tools like Make.com , Zapier, n8n, or simple scripts) for automations like payment reminders, ticket routing, data syncing, and report generation.
