The Operations Manager is a mission-critical role at Enerjazz, responsible for ensuring smooth, end-to-end operations from e-rickshaw onboarding and cash management to vendor and production coordination. You will manage cross-functional workflows, solve ground-level challenges, and build processes that enable fast, efficient scale-up—impacting everything from customer experience to business growth. 1. E-rickshaw Onboarding & Field Operations Own the full onboarding process for new e-rickshaw customers—including documentation, orientation, and technology enablement.
