Solutions Architect at Ekho

Who are we looking for? We're looking for a solutions architect who thrives on owning and delivering integration solutions for clients from from start to finish. In this role, you’ll manage the critical period between a contract signature and the public launch date. You’ll be expected to align a range of stakeholders throughout the entire process including OEMs, distributers, internal engineering teams, financing partners, DMV organizations, and more. Your primary responsibility will be to work with our clients to create an integration solution that addresses their unique needs and requirements in a timely, effective, and generalizable manner. As a key point of contact for our clients, you'll also work closely with existing customers to understand their evolving product needs and facilitate the integration of new features and requests. This will require a good understanding of current product capabilities, an appreciation for level of effort involved with product updates, and the know-how to implement yourself if / when prioritized.
