As the Engineering Manager , you'll: Set KPIs, 1-1s, performance reviews, and clear metrics for the entire engineering team. Run the team day to day with the CTO. 1:1s, growth, performance, and the weekly cadence. Partner on technical direction. Lead the calls in your scope. Push back on the ones that aren't. Drive our compliance programs forward. SOC 2 Type 2, PCI DSS, and enterprise security questionnaires. Co-own incident response and on-call. Bring the rigor to a regulated, real-time product demands.
