Run a portfolio of 4–6 enterprise accounts simultaneously and hit net dollar retention above 110%, through proactive upsells framed in client ROI, not reactive relationship maintenance. Spot expansion signals early, build the business case, and close expansion revenue without needing the founders in the room.
