Forward Deployed Engineer at Dime

DimeHealth AI builds software that helps healthcare organizations streamline operations, improve patient access, and automate manual workflows. Our platform integrates with existing systems and enables teams to move faster with less administrative overhead. We’re looking for a Forward Deployed Engineer to help bring new customers onto the platform and ensure successful deployments. This role sits at the intersection of engineering, product, and customer success. You’ll work closely with both internal teams and external stakeholders to implement solutions, troubleshoot issues, and ensure systems are running smoothly in real-world environments. You’ll be responsible for taking projects from initial deployment through production rollout, working directly with customers to solve operational problems using software and automation.
