Dili is a YC-backed, Series A startup using AI to automate compliance & due diligence for the $10T industrial economy—starting with prevailing wage compliance. Our platform automates compliance and labor analysis for energy, datacenter, infrastructure, and construction projects, helping clients pass audits, maximize federal funding, and keep projects moving. Dili was founded by Anand Chaturvedi and Brian Fernandez, both ex-Coinbase, who previously built an AI-enabled data room tool for capital markets. After seeing how much friction compliance created in the energy space, they started Dili to remove that friction across all of construction—the energy projects, datacenters, and infrastructure the US is racing to build. We're hiring a Product Management Intern to work directly with the founders and product team. You'll talk to users, write specs, and ship work that real customers use—this is not a sandboxed side project.
