About the role We need someone who operates at CTO-level. Someone who can take a vague problem, scope it, build it end-to-end, and ship something that actually provides value. Backend-heavy, AI-native, able to go full stack when needed. No hand-holding. No waiting for specs. You're a full-stack engineer, an AI engineer, and a product engineer in one person. Former founder is a strong plus. What you'll do Own large parts of the product end-to-end, from user insight to production. Build and improve our agentic systems. Make them more accurate, more reliable, more powerful. Work at the frontier of AI engineering: context engineering, tool use, agent architectures. Talk to users. Understand their pain.
