About the Role Clinikally, India’s fastest growing consumer health startup, is looking for a seasoned Formulation Scientist to lead our product innovation. In this role, you will be the architect of our Rx-grade Cosmeceutical portfolio, creating high-performance solutions for millions of users. You will play a vital role in building and scaling an inclusive, high-impact scientific team that bridges the gap between Dermatological Science and consumer self-care. What You Will Do Rx-Grade Development: Create advanced Cosmeceutical Formulations that meet clinical standards. You will work with our medical board to design solutions for specific conditions like Hyperpigmentation , Alopecia , and Atopic Dermatitis . Rapid Prototyping: Generate new product ideas and create rapid prototypes, including dye solutions for color matching and precision Galenic samples for doctor testing.
