We're looking for someone to own marketing at Circleback. You'd be the first person in this role–which means there's no playbook and no existing team. Just a product people love and a lot of room to run. Once people start using Circleback, they stick around. Retention is incredibly high. The challenge isn't convincing people the product is good–it's getting it in front of more people in the first place. You'd figure out how to do that: find creative ways to grow awareness, make the brand match the quality of the product, build buzz around what we're shipping, and build the systems that turn attention into customers.
