Your Responsibilities: Provide product requirements to the engineering team in terms of features and user stories. Focus on requirements from a why and what perspective, allowing design and engineering teams the flexibility to decide on how to implement You will be spending a lot of time interacting with customers and other stakeholders. You need to have empathy towards customers and the ability to communicate with them Build consensus across stakeholders – Customer/Customer Success, GTM, development clearly articulating
