As a Solutions Engineer , you will be the technical bridge between our Account Executives and our prospective customers, playing a critical role in how they understand, adopt, and succeed with our AI agents. This is a highly cross-functional role where you will combine your technical credibility with your sales acumen to demonstrate value, build trust, and accelerate deals. You will be the technical voice of the customer, translating their needs into solutions and providing invaluable feedback to our product and engineering teams.
