About the Role As a Full Stack Engineer at Bland, you'll own entire product features from concept to customer delight. You're crafting the interfaces that make voice AI accessible to enterprise teams, building the dashboards that customers actually use, and creating the workflows that turn complex AI capabilities into intuitive user experiences. What You'll Do Own features end-to-end : Take product ideas from initial concept through UX design, frontend implementation, backend architecture, and production deployment.
