As a Support Engineer at Bland, your primary responsibility will be ensuring the success of our enterprise customers as they go live with their AI phone agents. You will help with prompting, integrations, and directly with customers to make sure they have whatever they need to succeed. This is a hands on, customer facing role. We are a start-up, and we need people who understand what that means. We aren't a super traditional team, but we are an extremely effective one.
