Implementation Specialist at Axle

Axle is looking for an Implementation Specialist who will lead the successful launch, integration, and go-live of our automotive clients, ensuring they are set up to operationalize insurance data within their workflows from day one. As an Implementation Specialist, you will own the end-to-end deployment of Axle for new customers, driving technical integrations, workflow configuration, and launch readiness. You will work cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, Sales, and Partnerships to deliver seamless launches and build scalable, repeatable implementation processes. You will wear many hats and help build the operational foundation that powers Axle's growth as we scale. Lead onboarding and implementation for dealer and rental customers by building trusted relationships with decision-makers, technical stakeholders, and daily operational users of Axle. Drive successful launches by scoping integration requirements, managing project timelines, and guiding customers through API integration, UAT, and go-live.
