Location: Hybrid- NYC (3+ days in office required) Type: Full-time W-2 employee, subject to a 90-day introductory period Salary and equity commensurate with experience and performance You will own Aviary's connectivity layer: the integrations that move data between our platform and the systems of record our clients run on - banking cores (Jack Henry, Fiserv, etc.), loan origination systems, and core middleware platforms. You'll also own the other side of the equation: Aviary's external API surface, which clients and partners use to push data in and pull results out. This is a builder role, not a project-management role. You'll spend most of your time writing code -Python services, data pipelines, transformation logic, API endpoints - and the rest working with client technical teams to get integrations live and keep them healthy. You'll be the first dedicated integrations hire and the in-house authority on how credit union systems actually behave in the wild You'll report to the CDO and work closely with engineering, infrastructure, and our Customer Success & Delivery team.
