Growth Lead at Aden

About the Role Aden is building a highly technical product for a sophisticated audience: engineers, AI developers, and enterprise financial operators. Traditional marketing playbooks will not work here. We need a brilliant, highly analytical, and deeply technical Growth Lead to engineer our go-to-market engine from the ground up. You will be responsible for driving top-of-funnel awareness, accelerating developer adoption, and generating high-quality B2B pipeline for our sales team. This role requires a unique blend of product-led growth (PLG) expertise, developer relations (DevRel) intuition, and enterprise demand generation. You will craft the narrative, build the community, optimize the conversion funnels, and scale the distribution channels that will establish Aden as the undisputed standard for AI financial infrastructure. Key Responsibilities Developer & Open-Source Community Building: Engage deeply with the AI, open-source, and FinTech developer communities. Foster discussions, launch hackathons, and build a vibrant ecosystem around Aden’s tooling.
