- Innovative technology-based small companies (empresas innovadoras de base tecnologica) with a maximum of 3 years of operation and minimum share capital of EUR 20,000, that have not distributed profits or listed on a stock exchange. Focus on R&D-intensive deep-tech (deeptech, biotech, medtech, energy, advanced materials, AI). Minimum eligible project budget EUR 175,000.
