Monitise acquires Pozitron

UK-listed Monitise agreed to buy Istanbul mobile-payments company Pozitron for up to $100M on 3 February 2014, taking all 130 employees. Pozitron had been founded in 2000 and grown profitably with no venture capital at all — the counter-example to the VC-funded story of the same decade.
