Fatih İşbecer buys Pozitron back from Monitise

In March 2018 Fatih İşbecer repurchased the business he had sold to Monitise in 2014 and relaunched it as Commencis — a Turkish founder buying his company back out of its foreign acquirer, which is rare enough in this dataset to be worth recording as its own event.
