Nobody’s knowledge starts in a memory product. It starts in email, meetings, CRMs, ticket trackers, chat — the tools where work actually happens. A memory is only as good as its connections to those places.

So we built a directory of them. It covers 500+ tools, organized by what they do, with search — and for each one, the practical answer: how facts get from that tool into your memory.

Three ways in

• Through your AI. Anything with an MCP client — Claude, Cursor, VS Code — can read and write memory directly from a conversation. This is the widest door, because your AI already touches most of your tools.
• Through agents. An agent watches a source — a mailbox, a transcript feed — and proposes memory updates on a schedule. You review; the memory stays current.
• Through paste. The humble one. Copy an email thread or meeting notes into Ontonym, and extraction pulls the facts out for review. Works with literally everything, day one.

The directory is public — you don’t need an account to check whether your stack is covered. Start with the two or three tools where your team’s facts actually live. In most companies that’s the inbox and the meeting notes, and those two alone change what your memory knows within a week.
