Standup Agent

Runs your daily standup's paperwork: before the standup it emails every member an agenda built from the team's memory — decisions since yesterday, open todos and owners, blockers; after the standup it reads the meeting transcript into memory and drafts context-rich task briefs, proposing Jira comments a human approves.

Standups lose their value when half the room spends the first ten minutes reconstructing what happened yesterday. The Standup Agent removes that overhead by emailing every member a short agenda before the meeting: decisions made since yesterday, open todos with their owners, and anything flagged as a blocker. Everyone arrives already knowing the state of play, so the meeting is spent on the exceptions.

The agenda is built entirely from the team's shared memory, so it reflects the decisions, tasks, people, and projects the team has already recorded and approved. After each standup the agent reads the meeting transcript back into memory, drafts context-rich task briefs from what was said, and proposes comments for your project tracker. A team member approves each proposed comment before anything is written to the tracker.

How it works
