Stakeholder Mapper

Identifies missing buying-committee members on each deal.

Deals stall when the buying committee turns out to be bigger than the two people the rep talks to. The Stakeholder Mapper builds a map of each deal's buying committee and identifies who is missing: the economic buyer never met, the technical evaluator not looped in, the blocker nobody has engaged.

It builds the map from contacts, call attendance, and email threads recorded in memory, compared against how similar won deals were staffed. Deal owners receive the map with gaps highlighted and suggested next contacts, and proposed CRM contact updates queue for approval.

What it does

  • Maps the buying committee on each deal from calls, threads, and meetings in memory.
  • Identifies missing roles, such as an economic buyer or security reviewer, compared with similar won deals.
  • Scores engagement per stakeholder so single-threaded deals stand out.
  • Suggests who to engage next and which existing contact can make the introduction.
  • Updates the map as new people appear on calls and threads.
  • Proposes CRM contact and role updates, queued for human approval.

How it works

  1. 1Install the agent into your team's memory and pick the pipelines to map.
  2. 2Connect your CRM, call recording, email, and calendar integration categories through OAuth.
  3. 3As calls and threads land in memory, the agent updates each deal's stakeholder map.
  4. 4Deal owners receive the map with missing roles and single-threading risks highlighted.
  5. 5Proposed CRM contact updates queue for a human to approve before anything is written back.
